about the fellowship

The Blackhouse Foundation + Netflix has launched the Nonfiction Producing Fellowship to create educational workshops, personal and professional mentorship and coaching, and a series of industry meetings with key stakeholders to support our mid-career producer community.

Our goal is to sustain and scale the capacity of producers, creative executives, and industry leaders to ensure longevity and growth. To that aim, we will provide tools for this producer pipeline to expand their competitive edge and increase their business acumen.

The five selected fellows will have the opportunity to be employed for a year on a nonfiction production.
